By happenstance, Nick Thomasson was the salesperson we dealt with at White Rock Dodge. We live in northern BC where we were unable to purchase the PHEV van that we wanted. So we had to shop elsewhere and remotely. The most important factor for us was price. We had done research and were fairly certain what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. When we told Mr. Thomasson what we wanted, he said he would look into it and get back to us. We heard back from him shortly after and were able to quickly and easily make a deal. We purchased this vehicle without seeing it and did everything remotely. I appreciated that there was no haggling and no hidden fees and Mr. Thomasson was receptive to our wishes. We did a lot of shopping around, online and by phoning various dealerships to discuss a purchase price. There were a few other dealerships that were willing to sell us the vehicle we wanted for a similar price, but we chose White Rock Dodge because the experience in agreeing on a price was much more pleasant than with other dealerships. We recommend Mr. Thomasson and White Rock Dodge.

I cannot praise Cody at White Rock Dodge enough, from first contact through to the completion of my purchase of my brand new Jeep, Cody & everyone at White Rock Dodge were helpful, polite, extremely knowledgeable and made my buying (& trade in) experience the best I could possibly imagine and he got me a deal that blew me away! If you are looking for a new or used car, Cody at White Rock Dodge is your best bet by far! Cannot say enough good things about Cody as well as the dealership. Superior customer service, amazing deals & really just nice, honest people! Go there!

DO NOT GO HERE, only If you feel like getting ripped off and called a lier. My engine light came on so brought the truck in for oil change, they didnt even look at it. after i picked my truck up i said why is the light on so they scanned the code told me it was a thermostat and it would cost $250 I booked the appointment... then on the day of the appointment they tell me its a waterpump leaking on the thermostat> they want $1300 to fix it... i got the service done else were for $750.. DO NOT TRUST THESE POEPLE

I dealt with Ellie for the purchase of my vehicle. She was very honest and open. I found her and the managing staff to be very efficient. It was the quickest vehicle transaction I had made. While we were dealing with the financials Ellie had sold another vehicle (that she found from outside of their inventory) to friends of ours and they were very happy. Great place to purchase what you’re looking for.
