Cody was amazing in making our experience at White Dodge a memorable one. My husband and I walked in with no expectations and absolutely no desire to buy a car but we ended up walking out with a new 2020 Grand Cherokee. His professionalism as well as his great personality made our experience so comfortable that we felt like we were talking with a friend. Highly recommend seeing Cody at White Rock Dodge!

I had a wonderful experience at the White Rock Dodge & Jeep Dealership today !! Christine is an amazing sales lady! She knows exactly how to read her clients, she had all the right questions for me with the answers which made purchasing my 2018 Jeep Wrangler a total blessing today. I am very happy with the knowledge about my vehicle that I was provided and the heart warming care and attention that was given to me during my purchase and visit to this dealership ... Amazing dealership! I recently purchased a Ram 1500 from White Rock Dodge and I couldn't have been happier. Baeli, Milad and Codey did an amazing job and we will happily be back when it's time to replace another vehicle.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The sales process was easy, but anyone can sell a car so this doesn't count for much. What matters is how a business treats their customers after sale and White Rock Dodge will not treat you well! I had possession of my vehicle for less than 30 days before there was serious complications leaving me stranded. Now my vehicle has been in the shop for 2 days without an update on exactly what is being done and when I'll be getting my vehicle back, and I'm dealing directly with the Fixed Operations Manager. If this is the type of customer service a disgruntled customer receives at management level, you know it's not going to get any better. Hopefully I get an update soon and White Rock Dodge does what's right.

Now that I have my vehicle back, it's only right for me to leave an accurate review of my overall experience. Since my initial review, Rich, at White Rock Dodge, took the initiative to get in contact with me and have the necessary repairs completed. I received my vehicle back, at the end of last week, with it thoroughly detailed and in the mechanically sound condition it should have been at time of sale, and for this, I am grateful. However the communication from the Service Department is still poor. I had asked for pictures of the repairs/ parts but this wasn't possible, and the headlights I asked to have left boxed up in my vehicle also never made it there. Nevertheless communication can improve and hopefully this happens. Although White Rock Dodge did what was right in the end, it's something that shouldn't have happened in the first place and acknowledgement of the problem and clear communication from the beginning would have gone a long way. *** Thanks for reaching out Rich. *** Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
