Im wondering why on every bad review the reply from the company is saying they can find any interaction with that person!!! Everyone with the bad reviews are saying the same thing

Jessica, it's very unfortunate that people who are NOT REAL customers or VISITORS to the Dealership randomly play with the Google Rating System of a business - just as you are in giving a 2 out of 5 and NOT HAVING BEEN a customer or a previous visitor. So we at the Dealership try to ENSURE that REAL CUSTOMERS & PROSPECTS know that there are REAL &MALICIOUS INTERNET TROLLS out there trying to hurt local businesses for no reason - and we call them out on their malicious behaviour. If and when there is a REAL comment from a customer - we address it with our customer immediately. CUSTOMER SERVICE is our main priority - we want our customers to leave our Dealership happy - everytime - all the time.

Great service and very welcoming. We dealt with Andre and he is such a nice guy. We have been to every place in town and this is by far the best. We just got our second vehicle from The Car Lot. Also.. Awesome popcorn!

I love my new, well one-year old car from the Car Lot etc. They approve you when a bank won't and I got a great interest rate. I also got an extended warranty in case anything happens to my car so I don't spend money on any repairs. Great experience, thanks guys!
