Brutal dealership stay away, they don't give you the proper information in the documents when purchasing a vehicle. They leave all the fine print out as to what your paying etc they also say you have an awsome warranty package that covers bumper to bumper but really doesn't. Test drove the car we wanted and purchased and had clunking noises going on so mentioned it and they said they pulled the tires and nothing was wrong. A month later got an oil change and then mentioned to them that the clunking noise was worse and they then took the tires off and checked and gave me a list of things that needed to be done. Since the 30 days was done we had to pay out of pocket for the parts and labor, when they said we had a awsome warranty package wasn't to awsome when they gave us the bill. The car had body work done to it which also started rusting within the 2 months of owning it, now 6 months down the road the car is a rust bucket not even drivable. So much for a good car that was supposed to be 10,000$ that turned out to be 20,000$ double the price always read the fine print dont sign before reading the paper work.

Our financing documents are presented no less than 5 times to our customers with all the details. We never hide anything details, our team is trained to ensure full disclosure . The warranty packages provided from the Warranty companies detail all the components that are included - we do not have control over what they cover nor do we benefit by holding off on warranty work - we are here to help the customer. They lie to your face about the entire agreement from the extra warranty to the actual purchase price. They tell you its an open loan but it actually cost you an additional 2500.00 to pay a vehicle off. They are a bunch of rip offs that will tell you anything to make a sale. After the sale they are very rude and back nothing up. Paid 2000 for the additional warranty for nothing don't even understand how they get away with the hot safties they do on there used vehicles. Within 1 month we had issues after 5 months the car needed over 2000.00 in work and of course not covered under there fake warranty. Didn't even get to the second oil change mileage. The finance company even dropped the dealership because of all the lies they tell there customers this is a fact from the company called autonum that they used deal with make sure you read the fine print and you will figure them out too hopefully when its not to late. The Car Lot you are a bunch of scammers and people will figure you out!

I have been dealing with carl, moe, justin and the team for roughly over 10 years now, purchased several vehicles from the car lot and also had family and friends co-workers go check them out and purchase off them, because they DO keep there word and garuntee and stand by what they offer, and that is appreciation, dedication, commitment, satisfactory, gratitude, and offer much more, they arent a one time sales team, they make you feel like family! best dealership in sudbury from my experience and my family and friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! thanks guys for your work!
