I have been dealing with carl, moe, justin and the team for roughly over 10 years now, purchased several vehicles from the car lot and also had family and friends co-workers go check them out and purchase off them, because they DO keep there word and garuntee and stand by what they offer, and that is appreciation, dedication, commitment, satisfactory, gratitude, and offer much more, they arent a one time sales team, they make you feel like family! best dealership in sudbury from my experience and my family and friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! thanks guys for your work!

I was set on what I wanted in a suv. We pulled into the car lot and told Dave what we were thinking. He set us up with our choice and 3 other options. He was patient with me. And I picked a completely different suv. I am so happy he gave me choices. I will be recommending the car lot. Thanks again.

Service was alright, sold us an extended warranty and paint warranty. At time of purchase the salesman failed to tell us that after each oil change we were required to fax or email the receipt to the extended warranty, therefore voiding warranty. Now, barely a year after purchasing vehicle we are required to pay for the motor ourselves seeing as the warranty refuses to cover it. The paint warranty we were told would cover all paint chips, rust, etc up to 3,500.00$. Well to our surprise after calling to have a couple paint chips fixed that is infact not the warranty we were sold. Our vehicle basically has to be falling apart with rust before they’ll cover a maximum of 2,000$ of work. We are now stuck with a vehicle that didn’t last us more than a year, two warranty’s that aren’t what we were told actually cover. Brought our truck in for an appraisal to possibly trade for something new, just went to get an appraisal and ask a couple questions about 2 other trucks in the lot.. did not test drive, did not do a credit application, just inquired. Salesman went ahead and ran a credit application without consent using information from previous vehicle purchase. Resulting in a hard credit hit. Called to inquire, the receptionist was awesome and professional. The two we were transferred to after speaking with the receptionist were very rude. Salesman kept cutting us off, wouldn’t listen, ignored our issue completely. Overall disappointed. Called to figure out why we were misinformed about our warranties and why a credit application was done without consent, the salesman claims an appraisal cannot be done without a credit application for a vehicle trade in.

Lindsey, we are concerned about your comments and we value our customers' feedback as we are always striving to improve. We want to make every experience with our Dealership a positive and stress-free experience. It is only when we know there is a problem that we can help explain things further and work to resolve misunderstandings. I wanted to take this opportunity to clarify some things that are not accurate in your review and reiterate some important processes that our sales team adhere to in our sales process. Extended Warranty - The warranty companies will not void your warranty if you don't keep all your oil change receipts. However, in this instance where you are requesting that they cover an entire new engine, they may ask you to demonstrate that you did perform care and maintenance on the vehicle at some time throughout the year. As well, the details of your Warranty are clearly listed in your Warranty document you were provided that has your Warranty details on it. Paint Warranty - Our sales team requires that prior to purchasing a Final Coat - Rust Inhibitor Protection Paint Warranty, that the customer watch a short video that clearly outlines that the Warranty does not cover paint chips - only paint peforations. The details are outlined in the Warranty brochure the Warranty company provides. Credit Application Process- It is standard process to run a credit check prior to offering a formal appraisal for a trade-in. The Dealership is mandated to adhere to standard processes and policies that govern our industry and we pride ourselves on our strict adherence to industry governance and policies. Equifax confirmed that multiple credit checks in a 14 day period do not affect Credit Scores. Please check the Equifax website for the details. I hope this helps clear up any misunderstandings. We hope we work together in the future.
