Booked my appointment online. There wasn’t a box to click for the recall I was booking so I left a work description in the comments. Received an appointment confirmation email with the recall I was coming in for in the selected service section of the email. Boom, appointment confirmed. Showed up early to drop the truck off and was told they had to order parts and they would rebook for another day.

100% would not recommend. Took my vehicle in that was still on warranty. They 'couldn't fix' the issue i was having (yes it was a legitimate issue) and basically told me that i would have to continually bring the vehicle in for the issue and once my warranty was over that i would need to start paying to have it fixed. Drove my vehicle away from the lot after they 'fixed' the issue (which was taking the part off and upgrading it with the same part but just a better part number they told me), and within 10 minutes of driving, the exact same issue happened. I could go on, but you get the picture. This was over the course of 2 years from a brand new vehicle. I have also asked multiple times to be removed from their marketing emails/calls/texts which never happens.

Bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze from here before Easter. Dan Barret, Christina Morley, and Logan Helstrom were awesome to deal with. Very friendly, walked me through the process and I never felt forced to buy. They worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and get me approved I highly recommend SMP and Dan Barrets team.
