Yeah my wife bought her car November for commuting to work in Woodstock. You sold her a car with bald tires that we had to replace because they were so dangerous. Then she brought her car in to have the ABS sensory fixed. Not only did they not fix it and still charge her but they tried to hard wire the ABS wire directly to the computer panel which you most definitely not supposed to do. Now she has to pay $600 to have the ABS sensory and wires replaced because your very poorly trained mechanic did so much damage. If you want to make this up to her and have me change my review how about giving us the $600 its going to cost us to fix the damage done by your poorly trained mechanic

Thank you empire auto that we got approved with our RAV4. We are a bit upset because at first They told us it was hybrid but when we see the car its not..well, good thing they have staff like Kyle who assist us all the way until we got the car. He is approchable and easy to deal with. even if there was a little problem in the papers left in toronto but we got the car in the day he told us..Thank you Kyle.. we highly recommend empire auto london..

An amazing dealership that strives to earn your trust and make you feel comfortable. I dealt with Kyle who was brilliant and very hard working. His knowledge made me feel confident with Empire Auto. I strongly recommend asking for Kyle when looking to find a good used vehicle. Deepak and nick both went out of their way to make sure that I got the vehicle that I was seeking. They did everything in their power to satisfy my car needs and take care of me when I was at their beautiful show room.
