Buying a first car is a daunting endeavor, but the team at Henley Honda made the experience for my partner and I smooth and memorable. We had done our research, received tons of great advice, and we knew choosing the right dealership is just as important as the car itself - these are the people you're going to be seeing and working with for the life of your car. The other dealerships we checked out simply were not on the same level. Walking in the door, reception was warm, welcoming and attentive. Sales Rep Erin Sammy took us for an interactive test drive, showing us just what the Civic Hatchback could do, explaining all the tech and the massive feature set. He worked with us to find exactly what we needed and wanted, weighing in each model objectively, and was not pushy in the slightest. Manager Tom worked with us on pricing, just a super friendly and personable guy. Sean handled the financial stuff, again, just incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure. A few days later and we have our awesome new car sitting in our driveway, and the sound knowledge that we made the right choice and got exactly what we wanted with zero hiccups and zero buyers remorse. Thanks again to the Henley team for making this such a fantastic experience, we can't stop smiling!

I asked them not to wash my car because they always do a poor job they washed it and did a poor job.my invoice sat on the ledge for about 20 minutes until I had to go up and ask if my car was done.my car had a recall for a battery sensor which was fine it happens but my battery is almost dead and I believe it's cause of the sensor the guy behind the desk said it wasn't and I should buy a battery.i believe it's cause the sensor but we won't know because they never checked it.everytime I come here the wither don't do the job right or a oil change takes 2 hours .iam done with this place and their lack of professional work they do.i own 3 hondas and if u love ur car don't bring it here

I have been going to Henley Honda for the last 10 years, ever since I bought my Civic there. In general, I have received nothing but good service there. When I was in yesterday, I was promised that my service (oil and filter change, transmission fliud change and front brake service) would take about an hour to an hour and a half. I was OK with that time line. I asked 3 times when my paperwork would be ready after my car left the bay, and was told that it wasn't ready yet. It wasn't until 11:19 that I was able to cash out. When I looked at the invoice, the time on it showed that it was completed at 10:22am. I was waiting there a full hour past when I needed to be. I understand when things are busy, but it wasn't like I didn't try. Like I said, in the past everything has been great, this particular visit was a bust.

I came off the QEW from Toronto towards Niagara on the Lake and heard a noise from the left rear of my CRV. This is a vehicle not used nearly enough since we bought a new Fit that we love driving. I turned up at Henley Honda just before 5 pm on a Friday afternoon. We were on route to Columbus Ohio so leaving the vehicle until Monday was not a good option. The Service Advisor, Elaine McPherson understood our situation immediately but explained that her technicians were off for the weekend in a few minutes. She went into the shop and worked some magic. "Paul" had been packing up his tools, but agreed to look at the vehicle. After a short test drive he put it on the hoist, pulled the rear wheels and found the left caliper had partially seized. He was able to free it up, reassembled everything and retested the vehicle. I was able to continue. No parts were needed but without his prompt attention to this I would have burned out the brake pads and possibly had a fire from the red hot parts. This service was way beyond the call of duty from both the service advisor and the mechanic. I am only sorry that the two people are in St. Catherines. I have never experienced better and friendlier service.
