Just recently bought our 2nd vehicle from Henley Honda and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We were initially impressed with the fantastic test drive we received with Grant Plata. We were left with such a WOW factor about the vehicle that we no longer had to shop around to compare other makes/models. When it came time to purchase the vehicle we had an incredibly professional and knowledgeable Erin Sammy and Sean Moffett to assist us along the way . Erin was great in working with us to accommodate our busy schedules and always made time for us. He answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. He took the time to go over all of the vehicle and made sure we left feeling well informed of all our new features and options. It was very reassuring knowing that we can call him if we ever have any questions. Henley Honda has put together a very good team of professionals that make the car buying process a fun and exciting one. We are totally in love with this car, thanks to everyone for the great experience. Now we are truly a "Stylin' & profilin' son of a gun!"

Had my Honda serviced at this dealership and was very pleased with the customer service that I received. Very friendly staff and my repair was done in short order and didn't cost me that much!! which I really appreciated. Should have more dealerships that appreciate their customers!! : )

We moved to NOTL, from Toronto, had not had a car for over ten years, we rented from Avis. So the task of choosing a vehicle was given top priority, out of 6 auto makers , we chose Honda and a CRV awd. Little did we know that the CRV was so popular, and now we see why, well made, runs like a charm, good on gas, and plenty of cargo room. Then the challenge of which dealership to go to, there are so many options. Chose Henley in St Cath, Amanda a service person, Melissa in service and the whole darn bunch of Henley people contributed to us being happy with the service at Henley Honda, ok if we ever have a dog we will call it Henley lol Keith Bullen

Mike (Dan) B. was very accomodating in the selection and purchase of my new CRV. He followed up several times after I receive the vehicle to ensure I'm satisfied. Unfortunately a stone chip required the windshield to be replaced. Melissa I. was amazing in coordinating the ordering of the part. She promptly followed up on the status of the part and booked the service appointment as soon as it becomes available. Keep up the good service.
