Henley Honda is an extraordinary dealership. The friendly atmosphere, attention to detail, professionalism and personal attention provided by every member of each department is a constant. My family and I have purchased multiple Hondas from Henley and would have them serviced nowhere else. I would highly recommend Henley Honda to anyone who is looking to buy a car. They are simply the best!

BEWARE. Although the service is generally good here, they are no different than all the other dealerships reviewed by a popular news show that revealed they all try to get us to service our vehicles earlier than is required. Look at your maintenance manual!! Henley Honda placed an oil change sticker on my vehicle that indicated I had to come back in about six months or when the reminder was at 15%. This six months is a scam. The manual says to get an oil change when the indicator tells you to or at the latest ONE YEAR!!! Not six months. Unless I drive in extremely dusty conditions,which is not the case. So they are scamming into at least one extra oil change per year. That, plus the other early maintenance recommendations could add up to thousands of $$$ of unnecessary maintenance over the life of your car! Read your manual and mark your calendar so you are informed.

I would like to thank Henley Honda for excellent service every time.Everyone is so friendly there and that"s how I met Brandon Houtby. Iv'e had a civic for a few years now and was looking at the cr-v.Never doing this on my own before Brandon was so wonderful and extremely helpful in every way !Took me out on the road, answered all my questions!!! Love Love my new cr-v thanks Brandon, your the best!
