This was the best experience I've ever had at any dealership I've dealt with! Shawn/Sean was very knowledgeable and efficient and friendly. The drive home was pleasant as well as the drive back to pick up my car! I would recommend this place to anyone.

The service was great but there was room for improvement. I would have preferred for my service technician who was booking my car to have asked me, “Would you like your tires cleaned before we store them & it costs $20.?” Instead he said “we will be storing your tires & cleaning them for you” plus he rhymed off other services I was getting. I believe he was trying to sneak in what I believe to be unnecessary service and cost.” The year before I paid for tire cleaning & did not see any difference when they were put back on after storing. I was waiting to address the tire cleaning issue when he asked me.
