Found the truck that I was interested in , did my test drive , no pressure at any time...sat down with Stan Paris and negotiated the final price over a couple of days because of my trade vehicle was in storage..Luv my new truck..Big shout out to Stan Paris and the team at Laurentian.. Cheerzzz

Poor communication

They never sent me updates on what was happening. I always had to call or text and they would text back the next day. They should have told me from the beginning that the parts where on back order and give me an estimation of how long it’s going to take.

Bad customer relations.

We were very excited to purchase a new truck. After signing an agreement we were informed that there was a 7000.00 error. We requested to split the difference and were told no. Our sales man Chase was great however. I am currentle still looking for a truck and will continue my search but not at Laurentian.
