Coolant tank was not filled

My coolant tank was left below the minimum level, leaving me with a warning light when starting the engine cold. The service records show that the coolant was topped off, but it obviously was not. The coolant low indicator light had never gone off prior to my service.

More communication

They should have told me what was wrong to my vehicle and what was done to my vehicle and gave me a paper saying what was done it my vehicle. I think there should be more communication between the customer and employer.

How can brakes be ruined after 28000km. Used the fact that truck was 3.5 years old. Last time I checked brakes are a wear and tear item this is why they aren't under warranty. Thought paying that much for a truck I would have a quality item.

I had breaks inspection done 1.5 months ago and all was fine, now breaks are done. How is that even possible.

Went for an oil change, it was done quickly, friendly staff. Very limited/tight parking. It’s always full. A small price for great quality service
