James greeted me with a smile as I walked in and the men at the service desk were easy to talk to and joke around with. The only thing I would change is to have someone answer the phone to make an appointment for an oil change. Having to leave a message for Christine every time you call takes up a lot of time. But they are friendlier then at Doyle in my opinion.

Our service truck has been in the shop for over 3 weeks. they are still waiting for parts. that is a no no when you have company trucks. Finally, they agreed to a rental, but we could only be provided with a van.

inside of car was left dirty and the dash was changed after the work like display ect other than that the work seem to have been completed in time, did not see any retorque notice in car

Prompt respectful service from Curtis and Bill. They respected and accepted my limits without trying to sway me yet offering facts and details. Curtis offered wonderful service with his interpersonal skill set. I would recommend Curtis as a sales rep for anyone buying a vehicle. He made me feel comfortable and went the extra mile. Very pleased with our appointment. I misread the appointment date and was one week early.. Luckily ...Remi Lariviere was able to fit us in with no wait time... all required work was done. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Pleased with the shuttle service. Would recommend Laurentian Chrysler. Thank You Kindly Remi Lariviere and mechanics.
