I have had multiple horrible experiences with this service department. The first, was when I brought my car in for a humming noise and was charged $125.00 for a diagnostic, only to get into my car right after the inspection to find that the noise had not been eliminated. The technician came out and told me that my license plate was loose.... After that, I vowed not to return. I attempted to get my tires changed for the winter season elsewhere, but I was forced to come back to the dealership to have my wheel locks removed. This was when the second nightmare started. What should have been a simple seasonal tire swap, turned into a series of five trips to rectify issues with my tires. I just called again today to inform the department that the issue is in fact still persisting. As a young female who has no knowledge of cars or mechanics, I defer to these employees as the expert professionals in this area. I see now that has been a big mistake. The staff in the service department are well aware that I have been upset with this issue and never once did the service manager Jim take the time to reach out to me personally; at this point, it is not necessary to contact me as I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve given a 5 star rating ONLY for the service department. I’ve been dealing with John Reid for many years now and have no complaints. He sold me years ago when he recommended a repair and I said I’d put it off until the new year. He replied with “you’ve got a long drive at Christmas coming up. I wouldn’t let my family drive without the repair, I can’t let you do it, it’s that important. “. I got the repair that same day :). I cant remember what the repair was, but on our trip, we had some pretty bad snow. I don't know if the repair would have been affected by the weather, but I was glad I didn't have to find out. In the many years I've been dealing with him, he's never steered me wrong, I've never felt like I've paid for something unnecessarily. He's always taken the time to explain what the repair will do for the vehicle and made sure I'm comfortable with everything before any work is done. He calls with updates when needed, offers his opinions and recommendations, saves me money when possible. And me also being a Spiderman fan, we’ve had a few good chats about that too! My last experience (March 2019) with the sales team was not as great. I was “cold called” to see if I’d be interested in a vehicle upgrade. I wasn’t in the market really, but I thought why not. I did stress that I had a few conditions and if those couldn’t be met, we’d be wasting each other’s time. I was told to come on in. "I think we can work something out" . It just felt like I wasn't being listened to and I was frustrated enough that I left. Prior to that experience, I had bought 2 previous vehicles from here so I was a bit disappointed with the last sales visit. Anyway for now, 5 stars to John Reid and the service team!

Staff were friendly but poor communities on and incomplete job

I went in to have a sensor replaced (under warranty). Upon completion, I was given car keys and said everything was fixed. Once I got home I read the paper work and noticed that they had checked off that front suspension needed immediate attention. I called , as they knew I was very close to the warranty being up, and asked why I wasn’t told, and that I would be back in that evening to drop the car off to be completed the next morning, despite the inconvenience of going back again. I had my tires replaced and aligned that day, else where, and when I picked up my car I asked if the alignment needed to be completed again since they replaced the tie rod. They stated that yes it should be, but that it wasn’t covered and I would need to pay. So because I had to have a faulty part replaced under warranty, and my alignment was unaligned in the process of fixing it, I needed to pay to correct the alignment that was now unaligned due to the work of you? The job was not completed, despite being under warranty, I am expected to pay for part of the required labour to fix the problem? If a service is covered under warranty it should be the whole service.

Moh Makki is very professional consultant. He guided me to select from different choices of the car. I bought a Chrysler 300 S, which I was only able to choose because of his expertise to explain the features of the car and the genuine pricing. He also helped me to process the loan and explained me everything about it, also did his best to gave me best interest rate.
