Very friendly. Not pushy. They are willing to work with you to get the car you want. I just bought a used car from them .Very please with the experience .I would recommend friends to go there.They are very flexible. Also,Service Adviser Dave L. is very courteous , attentive and patient . He really knows how to look after the customers very well .

Good Experience overall

Overall good experience however a few things I would like to bring up. I dropped off my truck the night before and when doing so there were no envelopes to put keys in or say who the keys are from or belong to what vehicle, there were 2 pens in the tray that I assume the envelops actually go in. Also, when I picked up my truck I noticed that my seat has been moved both height wise and legs room wise as was the lumbar for the seat. that was annoying. I was just getting an oil change and everything else was good.

Replacement camera

First John is great. Camera I purchased in the spring has not worked properly. Got it replaced on Friday and it is doing the same thing. Either it did not get switched out or I have received two defective cameras in a row. I will be back. Have a great week.

Service advisor needs to be removed

My truck has watery and extended warranty as we paid for it. The service advisor John still tried to charge me. I advised the lady I am not paying for 2 reasons. The ram box latch was fix another time 6 months ago and same part failed and it is a known issue for the plastic clip to fail. Bad design and Chrysler should have address the failing design. 2ndly, the truck still has warranty. The lady brought it up to the service supervisor and he waived the charge. The ongoing challenges and complaints regarding John has not been address. Other employees are aware of concerns and complaint regarding John and still nothing is done. Why you ask? I did some fact finding and the synopsis is, John the advisor brings in lots of overage money which most ppl feel they have to pay. This is why he is still there. It’s not about doing what is right rather it is solely based on the $$$$ the service advisor John brings to the dealer. This is alarming and hope other start their own fact finding and challenge the right and wrongs of charge backs and warranty.

Disappointed with recommendations and problems after the service

Brought truck in for oil change. They suggested maintenance on brakes. Was asked about another service and I declined as I thought it was just done recently, we looked and it was. Came in to pick up truck and paid. Walking out, noticed that there was a charge for air filter and the technician wrote that there is no in cabin air filter for truck. Had to go back in to get that reversed. Started truck and front headlight out warning showed (did not prior to visit). Had to go back and get that fixed, waited an hour. Cost exceeded the online quote for headlight replacement. After leaving, the windshield washer sprayer has no pressure, was not that way prior. I still need to get that looked at. I know it could be coincidental but oil change check list had headlights and washer checked that they were working.
