I love my 2008 Buick Enclave that I purchased at Murray Chevrolet! The service was excellent and I continue to maintain my vehicle at the service department!

Just got my car back after 5 days in the shop for a brake problem that occurred after they fixed my brakes 2 weeks prior. 7 months after buying my car I noticed 3 out of 4 tires has a bubble in them. Contacted both dealer, tire manufacturer and chevrolet about defective tires.they claimed i hit a curb and it was my fault..During test drive they popped a tire.. guess they hit a curb also like they told me continuous over the last 2 years...guess who had to pay for a new tire..249.70 later. Murray even charged me to balance the tires...although My service Rep Peter has been very helpful to me I am dissatisfied because of this issue and will no longer buy a chev product from Murray Chevrolet�

I was scheduled for a new tire install. Service technician notified me it was delayed because the tire was late arriving. Once the tire arrived, my service appt was 2 hours long which I could not accommodate due to other commitments. I had to return on a different day to have the tire installed. It was very inconvenient and frustrating. As well, the technician quoted me $160 for the new tire install and the final invoice was $250 which was unacceptable, in my opinion. I discussed my frustration with the service tech and I was told a survey would be emailed to me.

As soon as I walk thru the door friendly greeting staff to knowledgeable sales people to service people that know what they are doing. I will recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle to come to Murray's.
