Staff at Murray's is always willing to go the extra mile to give me all the options regardless of the time or effort it will cost them. Had to get a new motor for my window, gave me the option of ordering through them or having someone run across the city for parts that weren't GM. Got it fixed in good time. Thanks again!

When I first received my new vehicle the gas tank was not filled and I was told that I had to go fill it up my self with a gas card. The wind shield washer fluid was almost empty and I had to ask for them to fill it up. The day I was received my vehicle I was told I would receive help to install my mychevrolet app to be able to start my vehicle from my phone. The sales man who was helping me with that could not figure it out because onstar was giving us issues. We worked on it for 1.5 hours and I had to come back the next week and try it again which I was there for another 1.5 hours and we still couldn't get it hooked or paired with the vehicle .. Although this wasn't the salesman fault they told me they would figure out the problem and let me know by txt or phone call the next day. I didn't hear from them ever again after that day and they never followed up. I had to figure it out and install it by myself after serveral days. The first payment of my new vehicle came off my back account but then I noticed on my bank account that my old trade in car payment also came out of my account so I had both payments come out of my account and this was Murry's fault because they never stopped the payments on my exsisting vehicle. I had to call in and get reimbursed after a couple days. After a week of having my vehicle my back door driver side locks stopped working and I had to hand lock them. I called in and brought my vehicle in but had to pick it up because they didn't have the part. They told me it would be a week for it to come in and it ended up being two weeks I had to wait and I myself had to call in to ask what was going on. They told me the part was in So I asked why wasn't I notified and they told me "oh it must of just come in " ! Which I knew was a complete lie. So after all this happening I was bet disappointed in my experience considering my previous experience with Murry I was completely satisfied.

The entire process of buying my truck was seamless and professional. Cody Weibe, Jared Lang and Amanda Costain are were very professional and the entire process was very transparent. I'd recommend Cody Weibe and Murray Chev to anyone looking for a new or used car.
