Hello everyone, Please let me explain you the bad experience that I had with Hyundai bank street dealership. I have been a loyal customer to them since 2019 from Day 1 I have always brought my car to this dealership for every single maintenance but the unfortunately I have a got awful experience that they never take care my car properly as I was expected and at the same paid a lot expenses for each time I visited them. Since mid 2024 when my car guarantee come the end, is when things got worse because still today my car has got a lot mechanical issues that I have brought them several but never fix it and at the same paying at high expense. I would like to everyone here know that I have regret bringing my car the last past 4 years to this dealership because they have betraying my fidelity.

Amazing experience! I never thought I would own a Hyundai but after a very brief visit and dealing specifically Sebastien and Ernesto, I knew this was a great choice. Professionalism, knowledgeable, efficient, honest and only positive from these two gentlemen. I love my new vehicle and love everything about my experience.
