Our goal was a pickup truck and the Sales representatives were accommodating and attentive without being pushy or distant. The negotiation process was professional and courteous. Specifics of additional warranty and rust protection were again not delivered in an uncomfortable process. THe delivery process included just the right amount of feature review. THe Provincial team is obviously very well coached!. THey all exhibit solid values and integrity in their approaches. We love our new ride, Thank you to Udo and his team!

Bill was very informative about the vehicles and helpful to show use all the features the van had. He also made sure we understood and were able to use all the features that the vehicle came with. It was a great experience and did not feel forced in making a decision!
