Easy, no pressure purchase

Thanks to Bill and Jen who went over and above to ensure I got my hornet. My bank screwed up but was handled by Jen who thinks outside of the box. An excellent purchase!!

Gerry is a very easy and pleasant salesman to talk to and do business with. He treats you the way you want to be treated, does not try to sell you a vehicle you do not want. He listens to your needs and tries to meet those needs. He does not rush the process, he listens to all your questions and tries to answer them, if he can’t he will find someone who can. He just wants you to be a happy, satisfied customer.

Pre-Owned Sale and Service of my 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona

I purchased my 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona on 12/30/2021. My sales person was Gerry DiCarlo and financing was handled by James Ross. Both of these guys were professional and accommodating. They gave me a great deal on my trade and the purchase of the Charger. About two weeks after I bought the car all the warning lights on the dashboard came on and some stuff was not working at all but, the car was still driveable. Gerry had me bring it in right away to find out what was going on. Jamie Renaud was my Service Advisor and he was awesome! They had a look and found out what the problem was and had it fixed right away with no charge to me. Both Gerry and Jamie have gone above and beyond to take care of me. The communication is very good and professional. I highly recommend Provincial Chrysler and I will be a loyal customer.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Town and Country from Provincial with the help of sales associate Gerry Di Carlo. Gerry was great to deal with, he listened to my concerns, treated my family and I with respect and was overall very accommodating. James in the finance department was on top of things as well. Awesome buying experience!

You will not be disappointed when you buy a vehicle from Provincial Chrysler. A friend had recommended us to try them and said we would not be disappointed. We were lucky that day to get Rob Derby as our sales representative and he went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle that I was happy with. The entire time he kept it fun and we had lots of laughs. It is honestly the best car I have ever purchased! On the day we picked it up we brought our 8 year old daughter with us. Rob took the time to make sure she knew how to work all the amazing entertainment features of the van. She already said that when she grows up she is going to buy her car from Rob. The financing of the van was done by James Ross yet another facet of the car buying experience that isn’t always that enjoyable. James made it a breeze and fun too. We will defiantly be back for our next purchase. It really is another great day when you shop a Provincial Chrysler. Thanks again Angela & Jeff
