My 2011 dodge charger would not start and I had to call CAA to jump it. My car is in mint condition with only 34,000 klms on it. I bring it in to Provincial Road dealership in Windsor. They say to leave the car overnight and they'll find out whats wrong. I miss work that day because my car wouldn't start . The next day the dealership calls me and says that there is NOTHING wrong with the car, come and get it. So I get a friend to drive me there. They charge me $70. and for piss all. I get my keys and go to start my car. NOTHING, it's DEAD AGAIN RIGHT IN THEIR PARKING LOT. They say leave the car here again overnight and we will find out whats wrong. The next day they call me and say it was the battery and they put a new battery in. They charge almost $500. (way too much) but I pay it and go home with the car. Two weeks later, I come out to go to work but the car is dead AGAIN. I miss work. I call my son. He comes over and jumps it. Then it's fine. A few weeks later, again I come out to go to work, car is dead again. Son comes over and we try to charge it. Charger says battery won't take charge and battery is no good and replace it. I have to call CAA AGAIN. This is a new battery!!! I'll make this long story short by saying I have brought my car in to Chrysler 5 TIMES, used up all of my CAA service calls, and they keep sending me home saying there is nothing wrong with the car. BULLSHIT. I've missed 4 days work altogether because of this same problem. Chrysler manager Marc and also Theresa, DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS, so you can't even speak on the phone to anyone in that place. I am TOTALLY FRUSTRATED. They don't care. Horrible place. They charge top prices but they don't give a s%$# about you or your car.

Rob Derby (Sales) and Dave Stannard (Finance) were wonderful to work with. From beginning to end, the customer service was both engaging and friendly. The entire transaction was worked through quickly! We received what we were promised!

Updated review** Management reached out to me and addressed all the issues. Really happy with their post sales support - updating to 5 stars, thank you! I have never had a more disappointing experience with a car dealership or any retailer in my life. I leased and drove a 2018 off the lot they were representing as a lease transfer. Immediately noticed brakes were 'off' yet they stalled for a few days and finally said they would address by having me take to a local GTA dealer. Took it to another dealer who was shocked at the damage on this 2018 vehicle, it's a $2200 brake replacement. Upon hearing the costs, neither the manufacturer nor Provincial will pay (even after they told me to take it there). I was even charged for a rental $300 for a week the car was sitting at the other dealer under the pretense Provincial was going to address (which they never did). Since I had the car a day when this happened, I asked to get out of the lease since I had never had any immediate problems with 4 cars I've leased in the past. in fact, I've never had to replace brakes on any leased car, let alone one i drove off the lot, less then a year old. Provincial in an email told me the deal is 'consummated'. ie you pay for the brakes. I've been patiently waiting for 'anything' from dealer, manager , FCA for a month while I have this 2018 car that needs new brakes and isn't safe to drive. Provincial management does not care. We recently purchased a vehicle through Rob Derby. We had many questions and were extremely picky on what we wanted. He was able to find the right vehicle for a great price and made our puchase experience a breeze. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided us with all the information. The used car manager, financial manager and Rob worked extremely well together to give us everything we needed. Thank you Provincial, especially Rob, James and George! We will be back!

First off I would like to say that the technicians here do a great job and leave your truck or car without a trace. Highly impressed with their mechanics. Second I left a message regarding a defect with my truck in my service providers voicemail. She did not return my call and I am not satisfied with that part of my experience. Because of the technicians and because I bought my truck here I would return. Not because of the service provider. Thank you guys and continue the great work!

The service centre is very inconvenient. I will not be going back! To even make and appointment is annoying. When I called I was put on hold then my call got dropped. When I called back I was put on hold again. Then I went on to their online service and “chatted” with someone that said they would set me up with an appointment. Two days later they called me back with an appointment. I brought my car in as scheduled and left it there ALL day for them to complete 2 recalls, change my oil and rotate my tires which I confirmed when I dropped it off. When I picked it up I learned that they forgot to do the oil change and tire rotation. After spending a day with no vehicle I still have to bring my car somewhere else now to actually complete the service I thought I was getting. DO NOT GO TO PROVINCIAL CHRYSLER!!! Terrible service!
