Awesome buying experience!

You will not be disappointed when you buy a vehicle from Provincial Chrysler. A friend had recommended us to try them and said we would not be disappointed. We were lucky that day to get Rob Derby as our sales representative and he went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle that I was happy with. The entire time he kept it fun and we had lots of laughs. It is honestly the best car I have ever purchased! On the day we picked it up we brought our 8 year old daughter with us. Rob took the time to make sure she knew how to work all the amazing entertainment features of the van. She already said that when she grows up she is going to buy her car from Rob. The financing of the van was done by James Ross yet another facet of the car buying experience that isn’t always that enjoyable. James made it a breeze and fun too. We will defiantly be back for our next purchase. It really is another great day when you shop a Provincial Chrysler. Thanks again Angela & Jeff

I went in to change my recalled airbag today. On arrival, I met Dan Maiuri. He noticed that my tire sensor light was on. I had come in earlier this year, to this location, and had this already diagnosed. I informed Dan that last time they checked that light, and told me they would have to replace the sensors if I wanted the tire pressure light to go off, or I could manually check my pressure and have the tire pressure light always on. This was free of charge last time. Dan insisted that he would find another reason as to why the tire pressure light was going off. He never informed me that there would be a fee for this check. After completing the airbag replacement, Dan provided me with the exact same information that I received from my last visit. Last time, when I received the same information, they did not charge me anything. This time, Dan wanted to charge me $130 for the same information that I was previously told. As I previously mentioned, I had already informed Dan about my previous visit and knowledge of this problem, that I received last time, for free. He did not provide me with any alternate solutions to fix this issue. After I complained about receiving the same information as last time, Dan reduced his fee. He still charged me $80. I was uninformed of a fee to check this tire pressure light. I received the same information as my last visit (which was free of charge). I felt like I was taken advantage of, which I do not respect. I am not pleased with your service provider.

Exceptional dealership

Yesterday, my family just purchased the 5th car from Provincial Chrysler. To say that we were greeted like royalty is an under-statement. From Jeff Pellizzari our salesperson to Courtney Hamelin our financial manager to Chuck France the new car manager, they all bent over backwards to get us the best possible deal and helped us in every conceivable way. Their guidance was monumental in helping us make the right decisions in our recent purchase. From my experiences, Provincial Chrysler goes beyond and without compare to help and guide you to make your new/used car purchase enjoyable. Thank you again so much.

My husband and I just want to say that our most recent purchase was our fourth vehicle from Provincial Chrysler and we couldn't be happier with the service! Rob Derby has been "our car guy" for all the vehicles, and Dave Stannard has taken care of the financials. Rob has been very knowledgeable about every vehicle we have purchased, and answers all the crazy questions we ask. And if by chance he does not know the odd answer, he goes to ask someone who does know right away. Every time we leave, we are satisfied with the information we have gathered. Normally, shopping for a car is very stressful, but Rob makes it fun. And Dave makes you feel comfortable. You can tell everyone there is a real team, and it reflects how they treat customers...we get treated like family. Everyone is super friendly and all are happy for us when we purchase a vehicle, even if they are not the ones who sold it to us. It's a comfortable place to be, which is why we keep returning to Rob Derby. We know he will treat us right, and so does Dave. Finances usually sting, but Dave's personality makes you feel relaxed. We just purchased a used car from Provincial Chrysler, the trade in value on my vehicle was more than fair and the vehicle that I drove away in was everything that I needed and wanted. We were really happy with our sales person Dustin Stannard, a professional young man. If you need a vehicle I would not hesitate to contact the team at Provincial again. Keep up the great work! In addition, I am very proud to have bought from a dealership that gives so much to our local charities.

Excellent Service!

Just wanted to thank Provincial Chrysler for doing such an outstanding job, and going above and beyond! They made a house call to assist me when I had a flat tire, temporarily put air in the tire, ensuring I could make it to the dealership safely to have it repaired. Once there, my flat tire was quickly repaired, and the employees were very friendly!

RUDE staff AND Managers at Provincial Chryslers

I had a very bad experience at this place. DON'T take your vehicle here for repairs, you WILL REGRET IT. They will take your money and then once you leave, if you have any related problems, they will NOT honor your warranty or fix your car. Managers will hang up on you if you complain. It's horrible service. Shame on you Provincial Chryslers!!!
