Great service in a very professinal enviroment

from walking in staff were very inviting and easy to talk to. Showed me cars I wanted to see and did not waste time. Made the full experience from test driving to purchasing easy and exciting. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new car

Jean and Tony engaged with us, listened to our needs, helped us understand the car and its options, gave us the time to discuss, worked with us to negotiate a fair tade in and final deal, made seemless the transfer from Ontario to Quebec , and readied the car for pick up - felt like we were driving away in a new car.

I purchased a new car and trade in my old one, felt very comfortable, no pressure from salespeople. Great cars and great prices. Global will be THE car dealer to go to from now on.

Original vehicle that was on hold (I had put a down payment on) was sold while it was still on hold. The dealer did go out and find a newer vehicle, which was good, but it created stress and problems. If a vehicle is held it should not be sold to another customer.

Hello Jennifer, thank you for the review. There were special circumstances to why we had sold the vehicle: you had requested for your deposit to be returned, which made the vehicle available for sale again. At this point, the vehicle was then resold. When a new agreement was reached, we found you a newer car, with half of the mileage that was on the original vehicle, for nearly the same price. Excellent After Sales Service and Support

I recently purchased a low mileage 2015 Audi A3 from Global. I experienced an issue with brake pulsation shortly thereafter. With only 12,000 kms on the car I decided to call Jim Tsiokos and let him know of the problem. He made arrangements for me to bring it in and they actually replaced the brakes FOC. Dan McKenney

Always seems to be an exciting experience car shopping at Global, these folks go out of their way to ensure you have everything you want in a vehicle, including helping you to choose the best tires/rims for your needs. This is my third vehicle from Global, and because I trust them with my safety and comfort, I will return.
