I never had to wait, friendly caring service. I received a phone call to quality check my car purchase, which I appreciate ....it feels great to know your business is important. Over all I recommend Global Auto!

Services was good I only dealt with Jim but he knew a lot about VW and provided me with valuable info about buying and owning vehicles in Ontario. I tend to not to want to deal with saled reps that know less about the product than I do and this was not the case here. The atmosphere was always comfortable and at no point did I ever feel like I was being hustled or deceived as with other sales representatives. They had the car I wanted and everything is fine with it so far and I hope it continues that way as I am likely going to drive this car as long as I can.

This is our second vehicle being purchased at global, our second one we ran in to some problems with the car, the dealer help us deal with the problems and covered all labour and most of the parts, we were surprised and very pleased.

The service I received from Jean to everyone else involved was great. I will definitely recommend Global Auto Sales and Jean. I actually had 2 other employees call me, Michel helped me to get financed and was extremely kind to me and got it done very quickly and painless. I am also very glad I decided to get snow tires which were recommended. Great experience!!

Purchase of 2013 Honda HFP

I found the service very good and Jean was more than helpful in getting me into the right car. The only thing I didn't appreciate was hidden costs that appeared on the bill at the last second of the deal in regards to loan fees, I feel these should have been brought up earlier in the transaction.
