Puchase of BMW M235i

Great buying experience. Talked with Jim about the car before driving 550 km to see it. Jim answered all of my questions and was great to deal with. Completed negotiations and drove the car home... Better buying experience than a lot of new car purchases I have made. Jim was a pleasure to deal with.

Purchased a used vehicle from Jean in April 2016. The sale itself was quick and easy and Jean was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately there was an issue with the car noticed the day of purchase and work had to be done. The work was delayed a bit longer than expected. Otherwise everything was okay!

Great service, very personal

First, they had the exact car I was looking for but with a bit more mileage on it. Decided to give it a try and was not disappointed! I had a great experience with Jean and Michel. Jean was great to work with and he is bilingual! He answered all of my questions, was very helpful during the process and was committed to giving me the best customer service. To close the deal, Michel step in and work with me to reach the last milestone, the price! He was extremely kind and got it done very quickly. Overall, the service I received from Jean to everyone else involved was great. They made seemless the transfer from Ontario to Quebec. Based on my own experience, I will definitely recommend Global Auto Sales.

Nous cherchions une voiture très spécifique et Global Auto Sale en avait une en stock, malheureusement avec plus de kilométrage que nous souhaitions. Mais nous somme tout de même aller les rencontrer, notre coup de génie de l’année! Jean nous a servi en tentant de combler nos besoins, de façon professionnelle et sans pression. Il a pris en compte notre problème à l’égard du kilométrage et nous a offert des options intéressantes. Nous avons eu confiance et il était disponible pour répondre à nos questions et ce en FRANÇAIS (invitation aux francophones)! Nous avions visité d’autres concessionnaires antérieurement et il était quasi impossible de négocier alors que chez Global, on prend le temps de vous écouter et de répondre à vos besoins en considérant ce que nous pouvons obtenir sur le marché. Chapeau ! Le personnel est près des clients et vise à les satisfaire et à répondre à leurs attentes. On ne se sent pas floué mais bien épaulé !

JERKS

I searched for months and found a mercedes passenger van at Global Auto. With Jim I put a $500 deposit. Jim says his boss sold the van...not even a phone call. So unprofessioanal, so utterly wrong. Get me my deposit back while I get keyboard happy telling whoever will listen as to what type of dealership Global Auto Sales is.

Chris, I can appreciate your frustration that you left a deposit on a vehicle, and then the vehicle was sold to another customer. Having said this, deposits are not open-ended time-wise. From our initial discussion, it would be a few weeks for the transaction to be completed by you, which turned into a few months (after a few delays from your end). I have a bill of sale (unsigned by you, incidentally, despite being prompted to return a signed copy to us) from back on December 15, 2015. How long were we to hold a $40,000 vehicle with $500 deposit? It is only in these extreme circumstances that we, as dealers, feel the need to draw the line and sell the vehicle. And, the process has already begun to refund your deposit.
