Fairly neutral about the experience. I am still waiting for follow up on prices for tires and have not heard back one week later

I got the car I wanted and the service was fast and positive. There was a bit of follow up missing but in general the staff were good

I was referred to Global Auto Sales by a close friend who had purchased a vehicle there in the past and had a great experience. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly gentleman who had me in a vehicle and on my way after a quick but very thorough tutorial. I was SOLD but still had the financing to go through. I had recently tried to purchase a vehicle from another dealership and the whole experience was terrible. Jim made everything happen within a day of test driving and with great rates. I am thrilled with my new car and can't thank Jim Tsiokos enough for making it happen. The whole team at Global Auto Sales is fantastic and make the whole experience truly great. I would recommend Global Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a quality vehicle at a competitive price....from a great group of people! Thank you!

I had the car inspected by a third party that suggested the vehicle may have been sitting idle for an extended period and the brake's needed to be be cleaned. Global Auto Sales took this one step further and did a complete break job. In addition I requested that they do some touch up paint work which was quickly agreed upon. Overall a really great buing experience.

Very professional and not pushy

Jean was very personable and had a good knowledge of cars. I liked the fact that he did not push me into making decisions but simply providing me with answers to my questions. The owner as well gave me a good sense of family when it came to buying. It was my second time purchasing a car from Global and would recommend them for your next purchase.

Global Auto Sales - Jean is your guy

Jean is a professional in all respects! I prefer a consultative type sales approach and Jean was a good match for me. This is my first car from Global - so in some respects, the jury is still out - but certainly a high passing grade... two weeks post purchasing my car. FYI - a handshake with Tony is ....Firm! and more importantly...reliable

This is our first time on purchasing a used car. Visited Global Auto Sales and they were willing to work extra time so that we could complete the test drive. Talked with Jean about the car; he was a pleasure to work with; very honest and provided us the sufficient info professionally. We were able to get the car in a week , and we really love the car. I will recommend Global Auto and Jean to my friends.

Jean Awad and the team at Global Motors were outstanding, didn't pressure the sale, and got me in an amazing car!

From the first moment I walked in, I knew I wanted to do business with Global Motors. Jean Awad was my sales person, and he was outstanding. He took care of me, but did not push a sale. As he said "there is a car for everyone". Global has an exceptional selection of luxury cars and SUV's and were patient as I explored what I was looking for. Even after the sale, they have been attentive to any questions that I've had. I would highly recommend Jean, and Global to any friends or colleagues.
