Very satisfied Lexus isf owner

The car's price and kilometers were low so I was skeptical at first, but as the sales rep gave me detailed info about the cars history and after test driving it, I was very satisfied to know the car was in near perfect condition. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, helpful and honest. I would definitely go back for a car purchase and recommended it to my family and friends.

I can't say enough about my experience with the staff and service at Global! Being a return customer, my expectations were high based on my first purchase almost ten years prior, but my recent experience far exceeded my expectations. I visited the dealership the day after a large snow storm. I was greeted by Ganna, who shoveled the car out of the snow for me in stiletto heels (you go girl!!) because Jim was busy with another customer. Much appreciated. I then met with Jim, who was sincere, kind, honest and a no pressure type of guy. I returned a few day later and much to my surprise, was recognized fro years prior by Michel. In the show room, Tony checked in with me to ensure I was being taken care of, and Mirek, on more than one occasion, congratulated me on the purchase. Overall, my experience was a 10/10. Your core family values show in everything you do, whether the staff is family or not. The atmosphere around the lot and in the showroom, speaks to the way employees are treated, with kindness, care and respect. I would recommend you to anyone. Sincere thanks, Leslie

Good smooth service

Went in and test drove the car. Loved it, but noticed a noise from the front. Mentioned it before purchase and they stated that it would be fixed before picking up the car. They stayed true to their word, and gave brand new tires with the car on delivery. No noises, smooth and quick transfer for my trade-in. If I'm going to nit pick, my only complaint would be that they did not fill the gas tank before delivery. And there is a squeaking noise coming from the brakes, but the pads are now being replaced by them! Overall, very good experience buying my first luxury car.

This was my first experience buying a car and it exceeded my expectations. Derek paid very close attention to both my financial and practical needs in helping me choose the right car. Great experience

I found the experience dealing with Global exceptional. There was no pressure, the sales person was very knowledgeable and the few concerns I had about the vehicle were addressed without my asking about them. Overall I'd have no qualms about recommending this dealership.
