Easy going process to buying a used car

This was my first visit to Global Auto Sales to view a 2 series BMW that had recently shown up in their inventory. Jim, the primary salesman to whom I dealt with, was pleasant, easygoing, and disclosed the detailed vehicle history that I requested. The car I was interested in was in excellent shape and competitively priced, so there was really no wiggle room to negotiate. He did however order me an extra key fob, at no cost to me, since they only had the one available. All staff members I had met or spoke to during the various stages of the buying process were all personable and professional. I would definitely recommend Global to anyone looking for a used car - especially higher end vehicles.

Purchasing a vehicle is always a little stressful but our experience purchasing at Global was pretty painless. We enjoyed dealing with Jim; he was very helpful and open throughout the entire purchase process. We did have a minor rain sensor issue immediately after purchase and Global has been very accommodating in getting that taken care of.
