Very pleased with the process. The receptionist was pleasant, friendly, and professional. The sales person was very understanding of my requests and went the extra mile to satisfy them. The finance dept was extremely helpful with financing as well as sealing the deal.

Left 4 messages! After oil change was told my vehicle needs repairs and asked for details and quote by email. No return call! Horrible service lately. Been a customer for years ...

Ricky and Curtis were very friendly and courteous and helped me keep my repairs to an affordable cost. At the same time they were able to identify things that could be done now and some repairs that I could put off and pay for at a later date. My only helpful tip to Laurentian Chrysler is to do a 360° video or camera capture scan of the vehicle as it comes in. And when suggesting repairs, show pictures or video of broken links, loose support control arms and discoveries the mechanics make to the clients. Join the 21st century and be more interactive with your clients. It would go along way in helping to show the problems once under the hood or below the vehicle.

I’m glad I hadn’t had an appointment for my vehicle I simply dropped off two tires and rims for a tire swap at 9am I received a call back at 4:40 that they were ready. I can understand that you might be busy,but when a customer is in for service that would only take an hour and that’s an exaggeration and receives a call 7 hrs & 45min later. That’s not good service! This has nothing to do with the service agent,this falls on shop manager What’s the point in making an appointment early !
