Thanks to the service team - and Shamil the Manager - I was able to get my faulty air conditioner unit replaced by Honda Canada. The warranty for the recalled part had expired a few months earlier, and with Shamil's support, I was able to convince Honda Canada that replacement was a fair solution. Thanks again!

After dealing with another major dealership with our last vehicle (see other review), this one is a refreshing change. Bought new last year and service has been excellent. Fit has been an excellent little car (as was our Odyssey) - the "Fit" name suits - fit a 6 ft ladder in it and very versatile for hauling goods - almost as good as our van for regular day to day, but uses half the fuel.

A great experience from the moment we stepped into the dealership to the time we left. Erin was our sales rep and he made the experience more than enjoyable for my wife and I. Sean in finance was also incredible and the service manager made me feel very comfortable. Great experience!!
