I recently visited Henley Honda for the first time since 2003, after having a poor experience with a rude sales person. I learned that Henley Honda was under new ownership since then and I had a much better experience. With Brian Chickowski's help and guidance, I purchased a new Pilot. Brian was exactly the sales person I was hoping to deal with. I appreciated his knowledge and his relaxed and non-pushy personality. Tom, Sandra and the ladies at the reception desk were also a pleasure to deal with. I now strongly recommend Henley Honda.

Messed up appointment time for a service call so I left a review about it. Never thinking I'd hear from anyone, I was contacted by Management about 10 minutes later asking what had happened? So I filled Alex in on the mishap of the time scheduled, and he swore he'd make it right. Well, he did! A day later I had a new appointment time, Honda came and picked up and dropped my car off from my work! Saving me a whole bunch of time and energy! Thanks guys! Shawn.

Great customer service until you drive off the lot. I used their online system, emailed, talked to other departments and can't get an appointment for servicing. I like the sales team, but the service department will have to improve the service before I rethink this rating.
