This place is a joke! If I could give them a negative star value if I would. Scheduled a service appointment for a faulty airbag (Recall letter sent by Honda). When I arrived for my appointment they had no record of the service on file and no parts! Kept asking if I was Steven as if my name would magically change and they would find my appointment! Asked me if I would like to book another appointment, NOPE, had one booked already, had to take a day off work to be there, "I'm Sorry" doesn't get my pay back! Questioning if these bunch of mediocre employees would know where to put the key in to start the car.....save yourself some time and aggravation, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! I wonder if the staff get tired of creating new google accounts and writing positive reviews to offset the horrible experiences detailed by real customers.

Brian and Sean were awesome! I couldn't have been in better hands than these two guys at Henley Honda. Very friendly service and made me laugh many times... I love my new 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring... excellent drive and handling with tons of features. Thanks Guys!

I recently purchased a used 2016 Honda Civic EX-T from Henley Honda in St. Catharines. I am beyond pleased with the entire team involved. Art, Joe and Martha for all friendly, easy to approach and very informative. The transition from my old Civic to my new one was an absolute pleasure. My sincerest thank you to the whole team there :)
