No pressure from the salesmen and easy to test drive.

Went to test drive a specific car and trade in my current car. There were mo hassles by the salesmen and they were quick and efficient at looking over my vehicle, offering a fair price and then getting the paperwork done to buy.

Have now bought 3 vehicles from Haldimand Motors. Fair trade in value. Had some credit issues between 2nd and 3rd vehicles and salesman helped us out by talking to the credit union and convincing then to lend to us and at the lowest rate. Above and beyond and much appreciated.

Just bought a van at Haldimand Motors and was really pleased with the selection of vehicles and how simple the buying experience was. Haldimand Motors is a unique car buying experience. We bought a car off of them about 6 years ago, and as noted there is no negotiating. We did have a few very minor problems with the car which they addressed. At the time the price seemed good and we were pleased. The issue that we had was when we returned to buy a second car (yes repeat customer!!). We found a car, and as part of the deal we offered our car as a trade-in. We answered all questions honestly, and he thoroughly examined the car. The issue was the dealership tried to hold all the cards, by refusing to negotiate on the trade in. We were not asking for much, but he would only provide us with scrap value on the car. We did go to another dealer who took our car and two weeks later our old car was for sale at a 2nd hand dealership for about $1,400.

Second purchase and it was an all around poor experience much like the first. Rushed In, rushed out. Will never deal with again.
