Very friendly and open minded way to buy and sell cars, this is our third and I'm seriously thinking about a forth car!! Treated like royalty and trusted. This really is a customers place to buy vehicles, well done Haldimand Motors, good job, thanks.

Purchased vehicle on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday. The detailing had obviously been rushed and was sub par. There were white streaks possibly from wax or some kind of lubricant running down from the door handles. I mentioned it to the folks at the front desk and wasn't offered to have someone clean it up, so I did it myself in the lot. The windshield and console were wiped with a dirty cloth and I had to clean it again myself. With this being my fifth car from Haldimand Motors, this is by far my least favourite experience. I can appreciate getting the vehicle quickly but I expect a consistent quality of service at a minimum.

Found vehicle I was looking for and as with my last purchase the road test was hassle free and without any pressure to buy. I requested an additional key from the salesman (Paul) but didn't receive it when I picked up the vehicle. I hope that we can arrange a second key as requested when I agreed to purchase. In addition the sales staff that were on site when I picked up this morning were most helpful and courteous. I have no doubt that we will buy from you again. Stewart Taylor/Diane Wyatt

I'd heard such good things about Haldimand Motors that I was looking forward to my car purchase there. I took a Dodge Magnum to my mechanic and underneath was so rusted there was a hole in the floor. I brought the car back and explained to the salesperson at the counter. He just took the keys and let me walk out the door. No offer to fix the car, no offer to clean or undercoat the car; no nothing. He didn't even ask if there was something else I would like to see. I really wanted to give Haldimand Motors my money but I guess they don't need new customers.

Loved driving my new car home yesterday - both sales people we dealt with were great. A little disappointed that we have to bring the car back to have the seat fixed but the service counter was great to deal with. See you in April for the first oil change.

All questions were answered by the office and also the service folks. Our car was missing a book and one was found for us. We returned a few days after purchase to have tires checked and were directed straight to the service area. Great experience and will deal here in the future. Will also recommend to our friends. Thank you.

Just wanted to say, that I have never found it so easy to finance and purchase a vehicle in my whole life, and I am not a young girl. Very helpful people, no nonsense financing @ 5%("boom" 24 hours on the internet), come and pick out your vehicle. Put new tires on the car I chose, cleaned to a shine, and a full tank of gas, also 4 free oil changes. There was an odor, and they shampooed the entire inside (smells fine now). When I came to pick-up my car, they had cleaned the outside, and put armourall on the tires! (at no charge for everything) very courteous treatment. I must say, I am very impressed. Thank-you!!

Family car

We were looking for a family car and found that Haldimands offered suggestions that were helpful. We test drove probably 15 different cars over 2 weekends before narrowing down our preference. It was straight forward with no pressure. Great experience!
