Honestly the staff are very helpful and amazing. If you ever need a new or used I would definitely go back. Just got a brand new vehicle and they were always there to help answer any questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. Definitely go talk to Calvin St Germain or James Rijneveld.

When I went to buy my 2016 Honda Civic (February 2016), I was told it was a bumper to bumper warranty minus the lights and tires and in buying the extended warrant it extended the manufactures warranty to 7yrs and 200,000Km. Now that my seat motor appears to be acting up and my sun roof wont close.....those items are not covered in the extened warrant but only in the initial 3yr manufacture warranty. I currently give five stars for the patience of the service rep to whom I spoke with. He was very calm and understanding. He further advised that he will do everything he can to work with us. A reminder nothing is bumper to bumper. Ensure when you are buying extended warranties you make them explain what is and or isn't covered as it is not an extention of the manufactures warrant. This was the first brand new car I have purchased and have been very happy with the service provided by Brantford Honda service department. They work very hard for their customers. If there is not a new post by me everything went well and they worked very hard to satisfy this customer to their fullest potential.

Highly recommend getting in contact with Catharina, she made the entire process effortless and simple. We got in contact Thursday and in a matter of days I drove off the lot. Everyone at this Honda location is there to serve the customers. Overall it was great experience.
