Performed regular scheduled maintenance and summer tire switchover. All essential areas and parts (brakes, battery, wipers, spark plugs, fluids etc.) checked / replaced as needed. Good communication to keep me up to date on cost and time for completion.

They need to be more customer focused, especially with women. Service advisor was abrupt with explanation. Needs to be more friendly and ask if any other questions, is this a good time to talk. Dealership is expensive too. No discounts .

Ordered the vehicle in December 2021 with a block heater to be installed but that was not done. It is paid for and they are suppose to call me when the block heater comes in. They will install it in October they said when i go in for my first oil change.
