Just bought a vehicle here. Our salesperson Andrew was awesome, everyone was very polite. My partners father also bought a new vehicle at the same time and he echoes our sentiments. An awesome new vehicle buying experience.

Friendly staff, well organized and on-time service. We have dealt with Jackson’s for 15 years and have used every aspect of the dealership. Other than a few very minor hiccups, which were fixed, we have had a very positive experience with the dealership and will continue to take our business there.

Bought a 2021 Rav 4 TRD in April of this year from Jackson's Toyota. The windshield on the vehicle has cracked (from under the seal at the bottom) there is no impact or externally damage, and now needs to be replaced. Toyota told me it would cost $1157 to replace this faulty windshield. I spoke to both the service department and my dealer (Lee Trasher) and both told me I was out of luck. The warranty only covered 1 year and 20,000km. Again, my vehicle is a 2021, and I have had it for 6 months and 15, 000km. This is very clearly a manufacturer issue, and Toyota is not willing to correct their error. Buyer beware
