This is my 3rd car purchased at this dealership and I couldn’t be happier. Andrew Black is outstanding!!!! I have looked at other cars but the service I receive here is top notch so I don’t want to fix what isn’t broken. Megan Fitzgerald in finance has been amazing. Every time I enter the dealership people go out of their way to speak to you and help. If you want to buy a car, Andrew Black and Jackson’s Toyota is the place

Great dealership. Got me the exact model I wanted no mess no stress. Good benefits that come with buying through them too. Be sure to check out the mint condition Toyota MR2 they have on display! Recommend dealing with Andrew he's very personable and great to work with

With the current shortage of vehicles, Rohit promised me a car and I have to admit within 3 weeks I’ve received it! Overall I’m satisfied with Jackson Toyota, but truth to be told it’s strictly thanks to Rohit!! If you are in to a new car, go see this guy!

Had my car in for service and was pleased advisor kept me in the loop re: my car When I went to pick up my car this was this actually the first time someone in 4 years that has gone over my bill and took the time to do it. Others seem to just give you the bill an rush off. I had time to ask questions as well.

I bought a 2022 corolla cross XLE from bill great guy, gave me a amazing price on the car and everything I am giving it 2 stars because! I have been trying to cancel my extended warranty with Lisa the financial manager and let me tell you she does not know how to reply by you not replying I am not gonna assume that you don’t have a reply from Toyota themselves I need communication and that gal does not have the communication skills I am beyond frustrated , she sent everything to the warranty department on the 13th! I have emailed her 4 times all days apart and still No response, hopefully you don’t gotta rely on her for a reply cause you most likely won’t get it! Sorry if this sounds rude but there is like 2000 dollars or so in warranty that I should be getting back without a reply everyone would be frustrated also Over all great dealership besides this issue :)

Job done as expected . Pleased with Jackson’s Toyota. Really don’t understand why the survey insists on at least twenty words. Also I receive too many surveys from Toyota.
