My old car was at 306,000Km, well past prime. I contacted Ron Ellis, a former retired employee of yours who sold me that car 9 years ago, regarding who I should talk to, as I knew what it was I wanted (Cruze ). He recommended Jeff, so..that's who I asked for. Couldn't be happier with the way the sale went. I've never really enjoyed the stresses associated with purchasing a new car, ie. sales people jumping you the minute you step on the lot, all the "add ons" over and above base price etc. Jeff was a breath of fresh air in this regard, as I found him easy to talk to, very upfront and candid about payment options, trade in's, etc. After we had agreed on the sale, I was impressed by the fact, that if I had any issue's with the car, or anything associated with the sale, that Jeff wanted to be the first contacted, so that he could set it right. Very reassuring. I've only had the car a few days, but very excited and happy with it, as well as my experience with Hudson's as a whole. Thank you Dean Wick

He was able to find the exact truck that I was looking for and was also able to source it from another dealer to put the deal together. Jeff was knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure that he was aware of what I was looking for and it was obvious that he was prepared and had done some pre-work so that when I arrived for my appointment he was able to lead me directly to what he thought might appeal to me based on what he knew from speaking to me ahead of time. The entire team at Hudson's was extremely helpful and competent, making the experience seamless and efficient which is exactly what I was looking for.

Went out of their way to get us the vehicle that we wanted, no matter how far away it was. Gave us items that we wanted on our vehicle at no cost to us. Explained how the On Star worked, and helped to set it up, something we would not have been able to do on our own. Made the OFA offer easy to understand, and so very easy to receive.
