Sale was professionally handled by well trained Sales advisor. Joel Mendez shared detailed history about the car and its features and offered his help in case of questions even after the purchase. Alana who handled the financial aspect of the deal did so with a smile and laid out the documents in a way that it was easy for me to understand.

We had excellent service so far from this Winnipeg Honda dealership as we are previous Honda owners. It was definitely worth it getting the ceramic coating on our 2023 Odyssey. Only thing we hope for in the immediate future is that Honda comes out with a hybrid van model.

Wow. Wildly overpriced and non communicative. We will take our Odessey van any where but there in the future for service. Suggest you do the same! Update. Took the vehicle into a garage to get to work recommended by Winnipeg Honda done. The Manitoba certified safety inspector explained that most of the work that Honda had recommended did not need to be done. Looks like Winnipeg Honda is just like those car repair shops we see on TV occasionally in exposés. Don't do the work they said they were going to do and recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Sad and shameful. Suggest you avoid their repair service like the plague and get your work done elsewhere!

Beware of tied selling practices by all sales staff including managers Bought brand new crv and they won’t sell unless I take $900 worth of extra protection or insurance. They also added mats and accessories saying that they come with the model as mandatory items. We went ahead and did the registration, when we came back to pick up the vehicle, they didn’t have anyone to give demo, nobody to attend except one guy who was just there to hand over the keys. At that point we found out that the accessories are backordered and not in stock and they will call us when they are available. How come it was mandatory and included in the sale if they don’t even have it in the car which is brand new ordered. It’s been 2 months and Honda just giving me the run around. Never deal with this dealership.

Visit went perfect. Was greeted upon entry, worked with the service consultant to put together the work order, received an Uber ride home, got the call when the work was completed, and was orderd an Uber ride to return me to the shop for pickup. No complaints, just compliments on a job well done. Special thanks for washing my vehicle. Much appreciated.
