I would give zero stars if I could. Winnipeg Honda has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. They lied to me about the price of the car, the warranty, and the financing options. They kept me waiting for hours without any explanation or apology. They tried to pressure me into buying a car that I didn’t want or need. They ignored my calls and emails when I had questions or concerns. They are a bunch of crooks who don’t care about their customers at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. You will regret it if you buy from them.

I was told at the beginning of the appointment that it would take 1.5 hrs to get my oil changed. I asked Nathan if I could have my brakes looked at me he said yes, it would cost 39.99. About 1.5 hrs later, Nathan advised that my car is now being looked at and it would take even longer because a journeyman mechanic would have to looked at the brakes. I told him I have to be to be at an appointment at 1 pm. He offered to called me an uber but I declined. I don’t appreciate making an appointment and then have to wait 1,5 hrs before the work is started. Also, if I was told that having to check my brakes wold take longer I would have made another appointment to have that done on another day. We are all busy people and time is important to us. Offering of an uber in not justify able after waiting for 1.5 hrs.
