Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. A couple of months ago, I brought my Honda Civic in to get the passenger-side mirror aligned. Not only did the mirror fall off after that service, but when I went back for a repair, I was quoted over $2,500 β€” for a mirror! That’s outrageous and feels like a total scam. Thankfully, I got a second opinion and had it properly fixed for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. I expected better from a Honda dealership β€” this kind of pricing and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I am very disappointed with Winnipeg Honda. I brought my car in for a routine service and they told me it would take half a day. It’s been over three day's and they still haven’t finished. They don’t give me any updates or explanations. They just tell me to wait and be patient. They don’t seem to care about my time or convenience. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I feel like they are taking advantage of me and overcharging me for their poor workmanship. I will never come back to this place again. I advise anyone who needs their car fixed to avoid Winnipeg Honda at all costs. They are the worst.
