I have an interesting story that things seemed to go bad but took a turn and ended up good. I went to Winnipeg Honda to buy a pre owned Pilot, that only there, I found out it was from another dealer, Crown Honda. The sales associate met me there to show me the car, test drive and all. I ended up buying the car and returning it the next day, as I noticed some issues not seen during test drive. I must admit that returning the car was much smoother and faster than buying it, altough I really wish I didn't have to return the car. In summary, I may not have had luck on my purchase, but I sure had luck with customer service. I don't plan on going somewhere else for car purchase or service.

Very friendly and informative right from the start, no hidden fees, after tax pricing made it a lot easier to understand what was actually affordable to the last cent, sales persons advice lead us to change our minds on the vehicle we wanted to purchase which was a huge win for us, spent less but got exactly the vehicle we wanted which we wouldn’t have known without the sales persons knowledge and friendly advice.
