chrome plating on passenger interior door handle

I have always been very satisfied with the service dept at Murray. This problem occurred the last service done at Murray. I asked to have a squeaky door hinge lubricated and it was done. At some time during the service, the chrome plating on the right interior door handle was damaged. Chris Mark was told about this and he was excellent in response.He said bring the vehicle in at the next service appointment and they would see what can be done.I understand why he has the service manager job. car purchase-didn't happen

In July, I was called 4 times to come in to look at upgrading my Equinox. I made an appointment with John P. I waited over an hour to meet with John and never got in to see him. I question why I would bother to set up an appointment if it was not going to be kept. I was shown a vehicle that seriously interested me. John quoted me the sticker price in a follow up text. The math on the pricing made no sense on top of that. Basically, I would have been charged over 60k for a vehicle with a price of 40k... at 0% interest. When I received a follow up call from Meagan, I expressed my complete displeasure. Her response was, " I'm sorry you didn't find the experience pleasant." It's a good thing that the service department at Murray's is great under Scott Kelly, or I'd have nothing to do with Murray's. I sincerely doubt my next purchase will be there, however.

Recall

Twice now I've come in to Murray for my annual service and twice I've been told that I will be contacted - within a month - about having rust on my doors repaired, rust covered by a recall notice that I received at least a year and a half ago. I have never once received a call regarding the recall afterwards. This time, I also had the body shop look at rust developing on the tailgate below the rear window. Again: we'll look into it and call you back within a month. All the while I'm waiting, I have an open Autopac claim for body work on my vehicle that I'm hoping to get taken care of at the same time as having all this rust fixed, but I can't do that because I haven't heard from anyone. Again. I have yet to have a really positive experience at Murray's, and that includes the experience of buying two vehicles there.

Service was good but outcome did not rectify problem

Brought my 2014 Traverse in for semi annual service and snow tire swap that portion was excellent as usual. Had a Bluetooth issue where voice command was not being recognized intermittently or adding numbers (always a 6). Ryan call me a stated that they had not been able to recreate problem. I tried a call when I left the dealership and the problem occurred 4 times out of 6 call attempts. This occurs with both my android and my wife's iPhone. Discussed this with Ryan and will vehicle back at later date for follow up.

Work was performed as expected and in promised trame frame

This a very positive experience in dealing with the body shop. One very minor criticism was I received an offer in the mail for BOGO wiper blades when service work is performed.. I was told this offer was not applicable to bodyshop work. I thought this was strange.
