Honest - I know nothing about cars and totally rely on the service dept. to advise and be honest with me and advise me on what is really needed and what is not necessary. I feel more comfortable every time I come in that I am not being "sold" anything that just the things that need to be done are being done.

Once again Murray's Service Department provided a professional, customer orientated process for the maintenance of my vehicle. The staff were courtesy and respectful. I have had many conversations and appts (service, oil changes, and collision) in which Ryan has answered all my questions in a professional manner. He has been courteous, respectful, timely, and friendly. When I have questioned the policy when dealing with the collision centre (last year), he went above and assisting me in getting the answers. I always stop by and say hi. Very pleased to deal with Ryan.
