Thanks a lot guys, you guys are amazing. Jackson’s toyota is amazing place in terms of 5 star customer service, really quick in response and giving information about your vehicle …. When I got my Corolla couple years ago in 2019 and now my RAV 4 in 2022 you guys are amazing. Daniella and Rohit was on top of everything really appreciate guys. Thanks a lot for wonderful experience:) They even gives u smiles and good credits for referring to friends and family too:) appreciate for everything guys. Keep up the best work. As a long time Toyota owner i have come to rely upon my local dealer in Chatham, Ontario for excellent service. So it was wonderful to find that great service is a hallmark of Toyota - and Jackson's Toyota in Barrie proves that . I have booked both a regular appointment and "urgent care" visits with them. They were understanding and accommodating every time. Cheers to Cameron, who went the extra mile to make things work. Thank you. And the staff booking the appointments is awesome. Bottom line - i've had a great experience with Jackson's Toyota.

Highly dissatisfied with the service from Jacksons Toyota. After only owning Toyota vehicles I recently switched to a car company closer to where I live. During the process of gathering the information needed for the new dealer, there were details associated with fees I was required to pay that were not communicated to me. Needless to say, getting out of my Toyota was the right move.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff are very friendly. The dealership is bright and clean. Rohit (sales rep) and Anthony (sales manager) worked hard to earn my business. Lisa (finance manager) patiently answered all of my questions. I went to 3 different dealerships before making my final decision. Jackson’s Toyota is a step above. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

Please stay away from dealing with this dealership. They will sneak in an admin fee of $499, I have purchased many brand new cars from other dealerships and NEVER paid any admin fees. Please stay away from them and do not accept the admin fees!
