Negotiation non existent - used trucks priced at new truck retail. Sales Manager Matt extremely arrogant, not willing to mitigate pricing / rates of finance when challenging pricing cost new vs used even an example of pricing a few months ago vs today - expecting customers to pick up the ridiculous gouging on used market. Zero Stars. My advice go somewhere else and stay far away!

My husband and I went to Jackson’s Toyota yesterday to look at some vehicles. We are looking to purchase a second car and thought we would check out a local Toyota as we have recently moved to this area (all of my previous purchases have been at Dixie Toyota). I am extremely disappointed at the poor service we received. All of the sales agents had one excuse or another as to why they couldn’t see us. Eventually a sales person had to be brought in from the used car side to help us. I understand that there isn’t much inventory and a sales person doesn’t need to work as hard to get a sale but some courtesy and respect should be standard. Needless to say I will not be returning for servicing or for purchasing a vehicle. I have received much better service at Newmarket Toyota and will be going there exclusively from now on.

The staff at Jackson’s is always polite and eager to help. I always take my vehicle there because I know the work will be done right and with genuine Toyota parts.

Recently has a scheduled maintenance on my RAV4. Staff were very helpful and explained what needed to be done and had my car back in a timely manner

Service advisor went over and above. Was in for a oil change when I noticed I needed wiper blades. Not only did he install them for me but he did so outside in the rain. Finally Excellent Customer Service. We’ll done.

Disappointed in how every interaction went. A different car was described to me than what was actually there (was told it was 2022 and it wasn’t). They tried to sell me a used demo car (on the road since 2020 which nobody told me until after I purchased it) not to mention it only came with 1.5 year warranty left (out of 3 years) yet they marked it as new and kept it at full price. But then also tried to charge me freight fees when it was already sitting on the lot… doesn’t make sense to me. Negotiated and got free winter tires and rims but they weren’t actually free - they said they “took off freight charges” which was never there to begin with because it was a used demo car that belonged to a radio company. I feel sorry to whoever ends up buying the white 2021 RAV4 demo car at this dealership.
