Bill is a nice guy. He did what I asked of him to get me into the vehicle I was looking for. I had to wait 6 weeks for it to ship and it came in a couple days earlier than the date I was given. The whole process was easy.

Could not be happier with the services provided. My sales specialist Chris Tran got me a great deal on my trade, answered any questions I had with ease and was kept apprised of any changes along the process while waiting for my new truck to arrive. The financial Services Manager Megan Fitz Gerald, helped me breeze right through the process answering any concerns or questions I might of had. Can highly recommended Jackson Toyota for anyone looking to bring home a new vehicle.

Document # RD08643 failed to tighten drain plug resulting in oil leak, this was rectified at no charge to me, see RD15231. I was pleased with the explanation given and that is why I continue to remain one of your customers.
