Completely disorganized

Completely disorganized. Wasted my time on multiple days, with miscommunications and incompetent service. I own 4 Toyotas, including the new Tundra I just bought. They don't deserve my business, so I will not be going back to Jackson's Toyota .

Oil change, met promptly and very friendly person. Clean environment and waiting area, but there were only two cars in show room ??

Purchased my vehicle back in 2011 and been attending to this dealership for 11 yrs (and onward) for all my service and maintainences need. Staffs are friendly, service dept stands by their worksmanship, and a place you can always trust that your vehicle is being taken care of without worrisome. Looking forward to purchase another vehicle with this dealership down the road. Cheers.

I dealt with Christina V. and Lisa C. while purchasing my new 4Runner, both were quick to answer any questions that I had and return any inquiries which I made. Both were very pleasant to deal with as well, they made my new vehicle experience very easy!
