I am Very unhappy with their new Policy. Your not allowed driving your own truck or car into the oil change drive though. I think with Covid most people don’t want to leave there car as I have a new born baby in the truck with me. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that’s there new policy and there is nothing he can do. I went next door to great Canadian oil and had no problem drove my truck right in and out. Honestly I don’t know why they are not open Saturday or Sunday as well. Since the beginning of Covid they started doing this and it makes it so much harder to get in there for a oil change. Now that they changed there policy I will not be going there anymore. I will be taking my business some where else.

Fast replacement of a recall part!

Service of my vehicle was to check to see if a recall part was required, which it was. My car was left at Toyota for one day and was ready early the next morning. This was told to me up front if the replacement part was necessary. Quick service and great communication from their service department staff.

Misinformed

My only issue with my first service at this location was the misinformation. I felt like all they wanted was to get my business. They tried to up sell services I didn’t need(which is understandable), but advised me on multiple conversations that I had free services remaining. As a result I cancelled another location only to find out that their claims were false(not surprising as I had a weird feeling). I paid with no issues as there is nothing I can do but it definitely has scorned me from this location.

Truck noise

Had a appointment to have the guys check a noise out and it took them 3.0 hrs I waited. Saw my truck parked outside for at least a half hr before someone came to talk to me. After I ask the girl at the front desk to ask what was going on.
